We are currently seeking a Project Architect with a minimum 5 years experience in projects that include Custom Homes, Custom Infill, Renovations and Community/Commercial Architecture
Qualified candidate should possess:
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- Achieved Registration
- Experience working on projects that include Custom Homes, Custom Infill, Renovations and Community/Commercial Architecture
- Demonstrated ability to develop projects from Schematic Design through Design Development, Contract Documents, and Construction Support, effectively meeting deadlines and high client expectations
- Effective client management
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Thorough understanding of building materials and construction methods
- Current working knowledge of building codes
- Lead production team in preparation, and review of construction documents
- Organization and strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong fluency in AutoCAD, Sketchup & Photoshop
